* TIMING...MEANINGFUL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS HAVE BEGUN AND WILL
  CONTINUE UNTIL EARLY MORNING ON FRIDAY.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH WILL PICK UP LATER
  THIS EVENING WITH OCCASIONAL HIGHER GUSTS OF 25 TO 30 MPH
  POSSIBLE...AND PERSIST OVERNIGHT.

* SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY

* OTHER IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY IN FALLING SNOW AND
