* TIMING...EXPECT OCCASIONAL BANDS OF SNOW TO MOVE OVER THE
  REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...
  ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. STORM
  TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH
  LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...WEST OF US HIGHWAY 281...NORTHWEST WINDS
  OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
  LATE TONIGHT. ALONG AND EAST OF US HIGHWAY 281... NORTHWEST
  WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 35 TO 40 MPH WILL DEVELOP
  TODAY AND LAST THROUGH LATE TONIGHT. THROUGHOUT THE MISSOURI
  RIVER VALLEY...WITHIN BANDS OF SNOW...THE COMBINATION OF FALLING
  SNOW...BLOWING SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE PERIODS OF
  VISIBILITY REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE AND LOCALIZED NEAR BLIZZARD
  CONDITIONS.

* IMPACTS...SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS WILL CAUSE TRAVEL
  DIFFICULTIES. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW MORE TIME TO REACH YOUR
  DESTINATION TODAY IF TRAVEL IS NECESSARY.
