* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CONTINUE INTO
  THE EARLY AFTERNOON BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO SNOW.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A TENTH OR TWO WILL BE
  POSSIBLE INTO EARLY AFTERNOON.

* OTHER IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH THE ICE TO MAKE
