THROUGH NORTHERN MINNESOTA TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY. STRONG
NORTHWEST WINDS AND AREAS OF SNOW WILL DEVELOP ON THE BACK SIDE

* WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 60 MPH WILL CAUSE WHITEOUT CONDITIONS
  IN BLOWING SNOW. SIGNIFICANT DRIFTING OF THE SNOW IS LIKELY.
  DAMAGE TO TREES AND POWER LINES IS POSSIBLE.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.
