...BLOWING SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITY TODAY AND TONIGHT...

.STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA AND SPREAD EAST THROUGH THE DAY INTO WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA. THE COMBINATION OF THESE WINDS ALONG WITH FRESH SNOW
FROM SATURDAY WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING
VISIBILITY TO BELOW ONE-HALF OR ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. THE
STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING. ISOLATED SNOW SHOWERS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY
AFTERNOON...AND MAY AID IN REDUCING VISIBILITY. ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LIGHT.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50
  MPH...DECREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH OVERNIGHT. VISIBILITY WILL BE
  REDUCED TO ONE-QUARTER MILE OR BELOW AT TIMES IN BLOWING SNOW.
