* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHERLY WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH WITH HIGHER
  GUSTS. VISIBILITY OCCASIONALLY LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE IN
  HEAVIER SNOW BANDS.

* SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* OTHER IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT OVER THE AREA THROUGH
  THE EVENING DUE TO ICY ROADS AND ONGOING SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
  VISIBILITY WILL OCCASIONALLY FALL BELOW ONE HALF MILE.
