  BEFORE DIMINISHING BY THIS EVENING.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
  POSSIBLE WILL RESULT IN LOCALIZED AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
  SNOW. VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE
  THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN
  ONE INCH.
