...LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM BRINGS WINTRY MIX AND SNOW TO THE REGION...

.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING UP FROM THE SOUTH WILL INTERACT WITH
A COOLER AIRMASS WORKING OUT OF CANADA. THE RESULT WILL BE A
WINTRY MIX GRADUALLY CHANGING OVER TO SNOW. THE GREATEST SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS WILL REMAIN ALONG AND SOUTH OF I90. THE GREATEST
THREAT FOR ICE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED TO BE ALONG THE I29
CORRIDOR BETWEEN SIOUX FALLS AND WATERTOWN...AND NORTHEAST INTO
PARTS OF WESTERN MINNESOTA. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH
THE DAY...BECOMING GUSTY IN THE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHERLY WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER
  GUSTS. VISIBILITY MAY BE LESS THAN A MILE DUE TO BLOWING SNOW.

* SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW. LIGHT ICE
  ACCUMULATION.

* OTHER IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF A WINTRY MIX FOLLOWED BY
