EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA EARLY THIS MORNING. ICY ROAD CONDITIONS WILL
PERSIST UNTIL MID MORNING ALONG THE I29 CORRIDOR SOUTH OF SUMMIT
INCLUDING THE WATERTOWN AREA.

RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN WILL PERSIST THROUGH 4 TO 5 AM.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A LIGHT COAT OF ICE IS EXPECTED OR HAS
  OCCURRED.

* OTHER IMPACTS...SLICK ROAD SURFACES CAN BE EXPECTED INTO THE MID
  MORNING HOURS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN OR
FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS. SLOW DOWN AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
