  CHANGING OVER TO ALL SNOW AND SLEET TOWARD MORNING.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH DEVELOPING LATE
  TONIGHT WITH BLOWING SNOW POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* SNOW/SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.

* OTHER IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BECOME DIFFICULT WEDNESDAY.
