STRENGTHEN AS IT SHIFTS EAST. AS COLDER AIR WRAPS IN...RAIN WILL
CHANGE OVER TO SNOW TODAY...WITH A FEW INCHES ACCUMULATION
POSSIBLE THROUGH MID DAY TUESDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE OUT OF THE
NORTH...WITH BLOWING SNOW EXPECTED FOR TUESDAY AS WELL.

THIS EVENING TO 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ TUESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ABERDEEN HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ THIS EVENING TO 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/
TUESDAY.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW THROUGH THE DAY WITH
  GENERALLY LIGHT ACCUMULATION...HOWEVER MORE WIDESPREAD SNOW WILL
  BECOME BETTER ESTABLISHED THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. SNOW WILL
  BEGIN TO TAPPER OFF MID DAY TUESDAY.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL RESULT IN
  LOCALIZED AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING. VISIBILITY MAY BE
  REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND
BLOWING SNOW. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AREAS.
