* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH
  HIGHER GUSTS. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED WITH HEAVIER
  SNOWFALL.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION.

* OTHER IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SLICK ROADS HAVE BEEN
  REPORTED IN HAND COUNTY. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT THROUGH
  EARLY AFTERNOON.
