.STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA AND SPREAD EAST THROUGH THE DAY INTO WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA. THE COMBINATION OF THESE WINDS ALONG WITH FRESH SNOW
FROM SATURDAY WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING
VISIBILITIES TO BELOW 1/4 MILE AT TIMES. THE STRONG WINDS AND
BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. SCATTERED SNOW
SHOWERS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON...AND MAY AID IN
REDUCING VISIBILITIES. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LIGHT.
