THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ABERDEEN HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL
6 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...EXPECT OCCASIONAL BANDS OF LIGHT SNOW TO CONTINUE
  TODAY...DIMINISHING BY EARLY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL SNOW
  ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED TODAY...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OF
  1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE OVER THE SISSETON HILLS REGION.

* WINDS / VISIBILITY...SUSTAINED WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO
  40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW. TERRAIN EFFECTS OVER THE SISSETON HILLS COULD
  YIELD EVEN HIGHER GUSTS OFF AND ON THROUGHOUT THE DAY. AREAS OF
  POOR VISIBILITY BELOW ONE HALF MILE IN FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW
  ARE EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS IN BLOWING AND FALLING SNOW
  WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY AND CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
  CONDITIONS. DON`T OVERDRIVE THE CONDITIONS! SLOW DOWN AND GIVE
  YOURSELF EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION IF TRAVEL IS
