1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Improving, but still adverse, marine conditions
will occur along the Lower Texas Coast today due to the recent
enhanced pressure gradient. Afterwards, and for the remainder of
the forecast, generally moderate winds and seas are anticipated.
