Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...

Moderate northeast winds and moderate will prevail along the Lower
Texas Coast today. Onshore flow will begin to develop by tonight
as high pressure slowly moves eastward. Onshore flow will then
increase by Wednesday into Thursday as the overall pressure
gradient strengthens. Isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms are expected today into tonight with the passage of
an upper level disturbance.
