.DISCUSSION...
The weak morning inversion will mix out around 9am and help bring
down some gusty winds, briefly to 18-20 mph from the east-northeast.
East-northeast winds then expected 10-12 mph with gusts to around
15 mph through early afternoon. Winds then pivot slightly to out of
the east, remaining the same strength, with some higher surface moisture
moving in. Min RH`s will consequently rebound slightly today, falling
into the mid-upper 30%`s. Winds will remain elevated slightly overnight
and no strong inversion or fog is expected tonight.
