Showers in the Atlantic this morning will stay offshore, and showers
and t-storms far inland this afternoon will likely not reach the burn
site until tonight.

There will be a sea breeze moving through around 2 to 3 p.m. But the
winds won`t be much different than it will be prior to it moving
through.

Night time dispersion will be very poor.
