Heavy Rainfall: Scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms
are expected to develop mainly near the coast beginning midday
Sunday. Slow storm motion and high rainfall rates could bring some
localized flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas through late
Sunday afternoon.
