...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm to
60 nm...

At 424 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Hilton Head Reef to near D R H Buoy,
moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 402 PM, a wind gust to 49 knots was
         observed on the southern end of Tybee Island.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.
