.DISCUSSION...
Strong winds continue this morning mainly across the mountains and
adjacent foothills before weakening by midday relative to the
past few days. Still will see northwest winds gusting 20 to 30 mph
through the afternoon. Increasing chances for precipitation this
afternoon and evening with mountain snowfall expected in the
Sierra Madre, Snowy, and Laramie Ranges and lower elevation rain
showers. Thursday will continue to be on the cooler side with
lingering precipitation in the morning before heading into a
warming trend for the weekend.
