.DISCUSSION...
Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible today from the
Hill Country eastward into the Interstate 35 corridor. Dry weather
along with warm temperatures are in the forecast for Tuesday and
Wednesday. Minimum humidity levels of 10 to 15 percent across
portions of the southern Edwards Plateau and Rio Grande plains may
bring some elevated fire weather conditions to these areas during
the afternoon hours. A cold front will bring northerly winds and
the beginning of a cooling trend on Thursday. There will be a low
chance for rain over most of the region Friday into the upcoming
weekend along with near to slightly below normal temperatures.
