PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cowhouse Creek near Pidcoke.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Major flooding of low areas near the creek
  is expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:25 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 34.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 38.7
    feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
    this afternoon.
