.DISCUSSION...

RH values early this morning has ranged from the 24-45% sun rises.
Afterward, northwest winds will increase to near 10 mph with RH
values decreasing into the low 20s. No expected wind shifts will
occur today. Tonight, northwest winds decrease to become light and
variable and RH values recovering to near 50%.

Friday, northwest winds in the morning will turn to more
north/northeasterly by early afternoon, at near 10 mph. At the
same time, chances for precipitation increase from the south, but
<10% chance for a wetting rain expected by the afternoon.
