...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  East Fork San Jacinto at Cleveland affecting San Jacinto, Liberty,
   Harris and Montgomery Counties.

  East Fork San Jacinto near New Caney affecting Liberty, Harris
  and Montgomery Counties.

  Peach Creek at Splendora affecting Harris and Montgomery Counties.

  San Jacinto River near Sheldon affecting Harris County.

  West Fork San Jacinto near Humble affecting Harris and Montgomery
  Counties.

  West Fork San Jacinto near Conroe affecting Montgomery County.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  West Fork San Jacinto near Porter affecting Montgomery County.

  Lake Creek at Sendera Ranch Road affecting Montgomery County.

For the East Fork San Jacinto River...including Cleveland, New
Caney...Major flooding is forecast.
For the Peach Creek...including Splendora...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the West Fork San Jacinto River...including Porter, Sendera
Ranch Road, Conroe, Humble, Sheldon...Major flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Saturday was 19.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.1
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Wednesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

* WHERE...Peach Creek at Splendora.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins. Creekwood
  Drive begins to take on water.
  At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues as a residential
  yard on the upstream left bank begins to take on water and Goodson
  Road beginsto take on water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Saturday was 20.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.9
    feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 AM CDT Saturday was 24.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.1
    feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork San Jacinto near Humble.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 55.2 feet, Major lowland flooding continues with up
  to 6 inches of water is over the 800 block Hamblen Road adjacent
  to the Kingwood Cove Country Club Golf Course with many homes in
  the Bellau Woods and Treasure Cove subdivision are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 58.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Saturday was 58.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 60.4 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall just after midnight
    tonight. It will rise to 60.8 feet late tonight. It will then
    fall tomorrow morning. It will rise to 60.4 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 49.3 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
