A warm and dry period continues across the foothills of the Sierra.
Fairly good mixing heights during the peak of the afternoon and lower with
the morning inversions. The light wind pattern will bring a land/lake
breeze pattern to the location for this afternoon through
Thursday evening.

Max temperature.....68 to 71.
Min humidity........50 to 55 percent.
Eye level winds.....West winds 3 to 8 mph.
