A warm and dry period continues across the foothills of the Sierra.
Fairly good mixing heights during the peak of the afternoon and lower with
the morning inversions. The light wind pattern will bring a land/lake
breeze pattern to the location for this afternoon through
Thursday evening.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (50-60 percent).
Max temperature.....68 to 71.
Min humidity........50 to 55 percent.
Eye level winds.....West winds 3 to 8 mph.
Surrounding ridge...West winds 5 to 10 mph.
Mixing height.......rising to afternoon
                    maximum to 2400 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....West 8 to 13 mph.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent) then becoming
