The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Jackson County in northeastern Alabama...
  Central DeKalb County in northeastern Alabama...

* Until 1215 AM CDT.

* At 1135 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Scottsboro, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Scottsboro and Hollywood around 1140 PM CDT.
  Section around 1145 PM CDT.
  Sylvania around 1155 PM CDT.
  Henagar around 1200 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Dutton, Larkinsville, Lim Rock, and Rosalie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
