Partly cloudy skies warm temperatures with a few severe
thunderstorms in Eastern Kansas have been the rule today.
Afternoon highs have ranged from near 80 in Eastern Kansas to the
low 70s in North Central and Northwest Kansas. Winds have been
brisk and out of the south ranging from 15 to 25 mph.

Tonight will be partly cloudy and mild. Overnight lows will range
from the mid 60s in Northern Oklahoma Arkansas to the upper 30s
in Northwest Kansas and Eastern Colorado. Winds will be out of the
south at 15 to 25 mph.

Saturday will be partly cloudy and mild. Afternoon highs will
range in the upper 70s and lower 80s region wide. There is a
strong chance for showers and thunderstorms, some of them severe
with large hail and 60 mph winds. This thunderstorm activity will
be likely in Eastern Kansas with much of Western Kansas likely to
be rain free for the most part.
