...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Indiana...

  White River at Anderson.

.Rainfall of 1.5 inches to over 3 inches fell over central Indiana
over the last couple of days. This is bringing most creeks and
streams out of their banks and producing minor to moderate flooding
along the main stem rivers in central Indiana.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement should be issued by 1230 PM EDT.this afternoon by
around 130 PM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Anderson.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.8 feet, Madison Avenue between Van Buskirk Road
  and Seeton Street is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:30 AM EDT Friday was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.7
    feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
    Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
