Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
223 PM CDT Fri May 3 2024

.DISCUSSION...Overall wetter conditions will exist into this
weekend. Transport winds will be on the lower side across much of
the area on Saturday as we remain in a non-transitional airmass.
Tonight looks like a decent shot at fog, mainly patchy in nature
based on current indications. However, some of this could be
dense. Additionally, areas across the SE could see more fog Sunday
morning.
