...LOW DAYTIME DISPERSIONS ON THURSDAY...

.DISCUSSION...

High pressure and dry conditions will continue through Thursday.
Patchy to areas of fog will lift by mid to late morning with partly
cloudy sunny skies due to high level clouds and southerly winds
8-12 mph increasing to 10-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph from the
Atlantic seabreeze moving in by midday over the site. Dispersions
will be in the fair range. Southerly winds tonight 10-15 mph after
sunset will slowly decrease to 5-10 mph after midnight with increasing
clouds. Thursday, winds will be southerly 5-10 mph and then turn
southeasterly as the Atlantic seabreeze moves in during the early
afternoon with skies becoming mostly sunny. However, daytime
dispersions will be poor.
