.DISCUSSION...

A large upper level ridge building onto the Great Plains is
resulting in a warming trend with elevated to near critical fire
weather conditions. Near surface winds will remain out of the
south this evening with gusts around 15 mph, then will taper
after midnight and becoming more variable, especially toward
sunrise. Some erratic gusts may affect the vicinity before sunset
as the southerly winds exit the canyons and enter the river
valley. Meanwhile, humidity values around 25% early this evening
will gradually recover to around 50% by midnight and around 80% by
sunrise. A boundary will push through the Brady area midday
(12PM- ish) with a flip to west/northwest winds behind it. A stray
light rain shower is possible along and right behind the
boundary, but little to no appreciable moisture is expected. In
fact, minimum humidity values will drop back to around 25%.
