PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...

Weakening winds and rising humidity values will allow the Red Flag
Warning for much of western and north central Nebraska to expire
at 8 PM CDT. Elevated to locally near critical fire weather
conditions are anticipated tomorrow.
