.DISCUSSION...

RH values currently in the upper 30% but increasing through the
overnight hours to about 80% at sunrise. A slight uptick in
moisture is expected on Tuesday and going into the rest of the
week as low level flow transitions to a more onshore flow. No rain
is expected and critical fire weather concerns will be limited
due to lackluster winds.
