FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Strong easterly winds will continue across the lake as low
pressure of 29.2 inches continues northeast through Wisconsin
tonight. Thus, a Gale Warning remains in effect from this evening
through Wednesday evening for various parts of the lake. Easterly
gales will continue to be possible over the far northern portion
of the Lake through Wednesday evening. Central and southern Lake
Michigan will see winds diminish and shift southerly to
southwesterly Wednesday as the low moves north across central
Wisconsin. The far northern portions of the lake wont see winds
diminish and become westerly until Wednesday night. Westerly winds
will then continue Thursday morning before becoming southwesterly
by Thursday afternoon for the entire lake as the low departs the
area.

30 kt. Chance of showers and thunderstorms through early evening,
then slight chance of showers and thunderstorms overnight. Waves
6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft building to 7 to 10 ft
occasionally to 13 ft, then subsiding to 6 to 9 ft occasionally
to 12 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...South winds to 30 kt becoming southwest 15 to 25 kt.
Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then chance
of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to
25 kt. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 20 kt backing to south 10 to 15 kt.
Waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 1 to 3 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 kt increasing to 10 to
20 kt overnight. Chance of rain showers in the evening. Waves

45 kt. Chance of rain showers through early evening, then rain

14 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...East storm force winds to 50 kt diminishing to gales
to 45 kt. Rain showers likely with slight chance of thunderstorms
in the morning, then rain showers and slight chance of
