* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to around 30
  degrees expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northeast
  Illinois.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 7 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
