...A GUSTY SHOWER APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor...

At 1238 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of
producing winds to around 20 knots along with potential lightning
strikes. This thunderstorm was located 12 nm west of Fort Smallwood
Park, moving east at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
North Point State Park and Fort Smallwood Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds, locally higher waves, and possible
lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until
this storm passes.
