.DISCUSSION...Southeast winds through sunset and then may become more
easterly late tonight. Gusts of 15-20 mph are expected through about
8 PM and then wind speeds should fall to 10 mph or less overnight. Winds
become southerly on Wednesday 10-15 mph with gusts of 20-25 mph from
late morning through the afternoon. Very good dispersions expected the
rest of today, with RH values in the low to mid 40 percent range.
