.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue to move away from the area
over the Atlantic. Southeast winds will freshen, producing poor
to hazardous conditions for small craft beginning Wednesday
afternoon and evening. Just ahead of a cold front on Thursday,
seas will build and winds could gust to gale force, especially
offshore. Scattered to numerous showers and a few lightning storms
will accompany the front Thursday afternoon and evening. High
pressure will then drift back over the waters this weekend, as
conditions slowly improve.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots.
