Weather Summary for Minnesota

An area of rain moved into southwest Minnesota during the night.
Clouds covered all bu the far north portion of the state. Early
morning temperatures ranged from the upper 20s in thee far northeast
to the mid 40s south.

An area of low pressure will lift from northern Missouri this
morning toward the western Great Lakes tonight. This will spread a
large area of rain and a few thunderstorms across the state through
tonight. Temperatures will remain on the cool side where rain falls
much of the day to the southwest with highs only in the upper 40s.
The rest of the state will see readings mainly in the lower and
middle 50s.

The rain is expected to the north overnight into Sunday...with the
south seeing drier air work across the region during the day Sunday.
Highs on Sunday will range in the upper 40s to mid 50s.

Unsettled weather conditions will continue through Tuesday with the
next dry day expected to return for Wednesday. Temperatures are
forecast to remain below normal through midweek.
