SOCKED IN WITH LOW CLOUDS AND FOG EARLY THIS MORNING. THIS STAGNANT
PATTERN WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND...WITH GRADUAL WARMING OVER
THE NEXT FEW DAYS.  WIDESPREAD DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED FOR MUCH OF THE
WEEKEND...WITH TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE UPPER 30S ACROSS THE
NORTHLAND...TO THE 40S IN SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
