...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...
Drier and warmer conditions to continue through the forecast period.
Offshore, breezy to gusty winds will return this evening with
locally stronger winds expected in elevated terrain. Peak winds will
start late Wednesday night and continue through late Thursday
particularly across the North Bay, East Bay, and areas of elevated
terrain. Stronger gusts will remain possible for higher peaks
through Friday. Lower overnight humidity recovery levels expected
tonight and tomorrow night with RH values ranging from 40 to 60% in
most areas. Offshore winds will start to subside by late Friday with
overnight RH values rebounding to between 80 to 90%.
...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...
High pressure moves in mid-week, generating low RH values and
warming temperatures. Gusty NE winds are likely for interior Lake
and Mendocino counties Thursday and Friday, allowing for downslope
drying and RH`s of 30-40%. Highs in 60`s are expected along the
coast and 70`s inland for Friday and Saturday. Temperatures will
moderate but remain seasonable through the weekend into early next
week as interior RH`s hover around 50-60%.
