At 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 25 knots and lightning strikes.
This thunderstorm was located over The Verrazano Narrows Bridge,
moving southeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
The Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Upper New York Harbor, Lower New York
Harbor, Jamaica Bay, and Rockaway Inlet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 25 knots, locally higher
