...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 8 PM MDT THURSDAY FOR
FIRE WEATHER ZONE 224...

The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a Red Flag
Warning for strong winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 10 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. The Fire Weather Watch is
no longer in effect.

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zone 224.

* Winds...For today, southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35
  mph. For Thursday, southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
  mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 10 percent.

* Impacts...Rapid rates of fire growth and spread will be
  possible. Please avoid fire starts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Warning for strong winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 10 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. The Fire Weather Watch is
no longer in effect.

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 232, 233 and 237.

* Winds...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. A few
  gusts to around 60 mph are possible.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 6 percent.

* Impacts...Rapid rates of fire growth and spread may be
  possible. Please avoid fire starts.

* Winds...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 11 percent.

* Impacts...Rapid rates of fire growth and spread may be
  possible. Please avoid fire starts.
