AND EVENING EVENING HOURS ACROSS THE RUSHMORE STATE. WINDS GUSTED
25 TO 35 MPH ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND EAST...WITH A PEAK WIND OF 38
MPH AT SIOUX FALLS AND MADISON. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A FEW ROGUE
SPRINKLES AS WELL IN EAST CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE STATE.  HIGHS
ACROSS THE PLAINS WERE FAIRLY UNIFORM IN THE MID 70S TO AROUND
80...RANGING FROM 75 DEGREES AT MADISON TO 82 DEGREES AT PHILIP...
MITCHELL AND WINNER.

AT 8 PM CDT...WINDS HAD DIMINISHED CONSIDERABLY...GENERALLY FROM THE
NORTH TO NORTHEAST AT 6 TO 13 MPH. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 70S...
FROM 70 DEGREES AT WATERTOWN AND SISSETON...TO 78 DEGREES AT PHILIP.
