.DISCUSSION...
A shallower marine layer is expected Thursday through Saturday morning,
not expected to reach the incident. Dry afternoons followed by
modest humidity recovery at night. Onshore winds and humidity
will increase Saturday afternoon, leading to more clouds, fog and
a chance of wetting rains Saturday night and Sunday morning (up to
about 0.26 inch total). Southwest winds will be strongest
Saturday evening with gusts as high as 25-35 mph at tree top
level, then westerly winds again Sunday afternoon with similar
speeds. Fair and dry weather with weaker winds Monday.
