...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM AST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Canovanas and Rio Grande.
* WHEN...Until 1115 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 955 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rio Grande, Canovanas, Loiza, Vieques, La Dolores, Campo
Rico, Hato Candal, San Isidro, Suarez, Santa Barbara,
Bartolo, Palmer, Benitez and Lomas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
