The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southeast Alabama,
including the following areas, Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and
Houston, Florida, including the following areas, Calhoun, Central
Walton, Coastal Bay, Holmes, Inland Bay, Jackson, North Walton,
South Walton and Washington, and southwest Georgia, including the
following areas, Baker, Calhoun, Clay, Dougherty, Early, Lee,
Miller, Mitchell, Quitman, Randolph and Terrell.

The flooding threat from additional rain has ended. Therefore, the
Flood Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT /2 PM EDT/ THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following areas,
  Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Taylor,
  Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland
  Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Leon, Liberty and
  Madison and Georgia, including the following areas, Ben Hill,
  Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur, Grady, Irwin, Lanier,
  Lowndes, Seminole, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Worth.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /2 PM EDT/ this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Through this morning, the corridor from Tallahassee to
    Valdosta will be in line for a few more inches of rain, on
    top of what had already occurred before 3 AM EDT. Additional
    Flash Flood Warnings are possible. The heavy flooding rain
    should exit the region by mid-day.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
