.DISCUSSION...Dry gusty southwest flow will develop this afternoon,
supporting critical fire weather conditions across portions of
northeast Wyoming and southwestern South Dakota. Relative
humidities will drop to 15 to 20 percent with lower readings
possible there. Gusty southwest winds up to 40 mph at times will
develop by early afternoon. Elsewhere, minimum relative humidity
will fall to around 20 percent this afternoon, with gusty
southwest winds.

Much cooler and more moist conditions are expected for the end of
the week and especially over the weekend.
