ALONG THE GULF COAST SOUTH OF PORT ARANSAS...

.THE COMBINATION OF PERSISTENT ONSHORE FLOW AND SWELL HAS
CONTRIBUTED TO TIDAL LEVELS AROUND 1 FOOT ABOVE ASTRONOMICAL
LEVELS. EXPECTED TIDES TO EXCEED 2 FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL NEAR
THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE THIS MORNING.

* COASTAL FLOODING...TIDAL LEVELS AROUND 2 FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA
  LEVEL NEAR THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE.

* TIMING...DURING THE MORNING HOURS AFTER SUNRISE.

* IMPACTS...INCLUDE YET ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING...WHEN
  TIDAL LEVELS REACH 2 FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL...SEVERAL BEACH
  ACCESS ROADS BECOME FLOODED. MINOR FLOODING ALONG AREA BEACHES
  MAY OCCUR. STEADY PERIODS OF WATER AT THE DUNES MAY OCCUR.
  WATER MAY FLOOD PORTIONS OF LAGUNA SHORES DRIVE IN FLOUR
  BLUFF. NORTH BEACH MAY EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
