...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING EXPECTED NEAR THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE
TONIGHT...

.A HIGH ASTRONOMICAL TIDE OF 11.5 FEET IN PORTLAND HARBOR WILL
COMBINE WITH INCREASING NORTHEASTERLY BREEZES TO BRING THE STORM
TIDE TO BETWEEN 12 AND 12.5 FEET IN PORTLAND HARBOR. FLOOD STAGE
IS 12 FEET. THIS WILL RESULT IN MINOR COASTAL FLOODING AROUND THE
TIME OF THE 1246 AM HIGH TIDE.

MINOR COASTAL FLOODING WILL OCCUR ALONG AND NEAR THE WHARFS IN
PORTLAND, GRANITE POINT ROAD IN BIDDEFORD AND THE BACKBAY AREA OF
HAMPTON, NEW HAMPSHIRE. SOME SPLASH-OVER IS POSSIBLE IN THE CAMP
ELLIS AREA OF SACO.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR FLOODING OF WHARFS AND SHORE ROADS.

* TIMING...AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE...WHICH IS AT 1246 AM IN
  PORTLAND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
