&& REMARKS... A COOL AND WET MAY OCCURRED AT THE GRAND FORKS
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR MAY WAS 53.0
DEGREES AND WAS SLIGHTLY COOLER THAN NORMAL BY 1.8 DEGREES. THE
MONTHLY PRECIPITATION TOTAL WAS 4.45 INCHES AND WAS 1.77 INCHES
ABOVE NORMAL.

A FEW RECORDS OCCURRED DURING THE MONTH. FOR TEMPERATURES...A DAILY
HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OCCURRED ON THE 6TH WITH A LOW OF 57
DEGREES. THE PREVIOUS RECORD WAS 55 DEGREES IN 1964.

ALSO A DAILY RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE OF 27 DEGREES OCCURRED ON THE
19TH. THE OLD RECORD WAS 28 DEGREES SET IN 2002. ON THE 30TH...A
DAILY RECORD LOW WAS TIED AT 29 DEGREES. THE PREVIOUS TIE OCCURRED
IN 1947.
