NOVEMBER 2017 AT PINE BLUFF WAS WARMER THAN THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE.
WHAT HELPED THE MONTH STAY ABOVE AVERAGE WAS THE HIGH TEMPERATURES
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH. THE WARMEST PERIOD WAS THE FIRST
WEEK, WHEN DAILY TEMPERATURES WERE 15 TO 20 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE.
DURING THAT WEEK, FOUR OUT OF SEVEN DAYS HAD HIGH TEMPERATURES OF 80
DEGREES OR HIGHER. THE COOLEST PERIOD OF THE MONTH WAS FROM THE 7TH
THROUGH THE 14TH, AND FROM THE 19TH THROUGH THE 24TH.

RAINFALL WAS SEVERELY LACKING THIS MONTH. MEASURABLE RAIN FELL ON
FIVE DAYS, BUT THIS AMOUNTED TO ONLY ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. IT WAS
THE DRIEST NOVEMBER IN OVER A CENTURY, AND THE DRIEST MONTH IN TWO
YEARS.
